Three rounds for time of:
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball (10.5 foot target)
75 pound Squat snatches, 30 reps (movement initiates with barbell below the knees)
Women 45#
So I have never done a WOD with anything more than a pvc for a snatch before, pretty stoked that I felt confident to try with the 45# bar today. I ended up doing 2 rounds in 12:33 as my son came in and ruined any chance of me finishing the WOD. Note to self: install lock on door to garage asap…!
